Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Intermediary Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our key mortgage brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and product information.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver sales plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners.
- Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, identifying new opportunities.
- Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
- Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
Requirements
- Telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker.
- Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
