Property Support Professional

Minstrel Court is looking for a highly skilled Property Support Professional to join their team. As a key member of the refurbishment process, you will be responsible for fixing items reported as requiring attention, identifying and repairing items that are starting to give in, and providing a quick turn-around for setting up new properties.
Detailed Job Description- Fix all items reported as requiring attention
- Identify and repair any items that are starting to give in
- Provide a quick turn-around for setting up of new properties - collaborate closely with Setup Manager for doing so
- Maintain gardens to look fully tidy and clean at all times
- Ensure paved areas/slabs are weed-free at all times
- Log number of maintenance issues originating from guests - communicate information to Property Manager
- Communicate numbers of complaints if confronted to Property Manager
- Assist with setting up rooms and other areas by doing tasks like installing headboards and assembling furniture
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £39,000-£44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
