Facilities Operations Manager

Reed Property & Construction is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing hard and soft service contracts, supervising contractors, responding to helpdesk tickets, and performing routine and preventative maintenance.
We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our dynamic working environment. In this role, you will work closely with our H&S Team to ensure all necessary paperwork is in place and contractors are signed in.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a facilities management role and be proficient in using helpdesk systems. You will be responsible for reviewing service contracts, leading smaller-scale projects, and collaborating with the global network of inspiring individuals.
