Facilities Coordinator Manager

Reed Property & Construction is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the facilities manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our sites. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in facilities management who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts with third-party suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of buildings and equipment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a facilities role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in contract management and administration.
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems.
- Ability to lead smaller-scale projects and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
