Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to partner with our directors and senior managers across various business areas. The successful candidate will provide proactive, strategic input on people initiatives, focusing on embedding excellent practices and developing solutions to complex problems. This role requires exceptional relationship building skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work collaboratively towards a common goal.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to work from home and our Cambridge office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture effective relationships with defined business areas
  • Partner with managers to embed excellent people-related practices
  • Provide advice and guidance on organizational design, engagement, reward, and development
  • Delve cost-effective, pragmatic people solutions to complex or escalated people-related matters
  • Support change and transformation initiatives through effective partnering, coaching, and collaborating
