Strategic Partner to the CSO Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to join our Cambridge, UK based team. As a key member of the CSO's office, you will lead strategic initiatives and provide critical operational support. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills essential.
Role Summary:
This role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidate will have experience working in strategic roles applying business mindset to scientific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CSO to develop and implement strategic plans
- Drive complex projects across functional departments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
- Prepare impactful materials for senior meetings and presentations
Qualifications:
- PhD in biology or related discipline with 2+ years post-PhD experience
- Experience in business-focused roles or consulting, investment, or business services industries preferred
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $130,000 per annum
