Learning and Development Specialist

Role Overview:
The People Development Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and development. As the primary point of contact for development initiatives, this role is responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of the JD Group.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver performance-focused learning and development activities that engage audiences across the organization.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted development initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Conduct post-intervention evaluations to assess the impact of development activities and inform future learning needs.
- Provide individual and group coaching to support personal and professional growth, both on and off development programs.
- Model a growth mindset by staying up-to-date with industry trends and applying best practices in learning and development.
- Advocate for a learning culture within the organization by sharing knowledge and facilitating social learning.
- Curate high-quality content to promote social and self-directed learning across the group.

Training Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent qualifications.
