Learning and Development Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled People Development Advisor to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing learning and development initiatives that drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver performance-focused learning and development activities to audiences across the group, in both virtual and face-to-face facilitated sessions.
- Work with line managers to improve team KPI delivery, identify trends, and develop effective individual and team development activities.
- Conduct follow-up activity to ensure impact after development interventions and inform further learning needs.
- Provide individual and group coaching activities that focus on personal and professional development.
- Role-model a growth mindset throughout the business by staying up-to-date with current theory within Learning & Development and adult learning.
- Advocate for and build a learning culture within the group by sharing learning and facilitating social learning.
- Curate high-quality content to share across the group to encourage and enable social and self-directed learning.

- Effectively scope learning needs within the group using data and evidence.
- Design learning interventions that are effective and produce results.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and further evidence ROI.
- Coach individuals for personal and professional development.

- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including MS Office.
Training Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development or equivalent qualifications.
