About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Liaison Officer to join our team at The Guinness Partnership. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the Greater London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face customer service and support to homeowners and rental customers in the Greater London area.
  • Work closely with Estate Services and other teams to resolve customer issues and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Use mobile technology to work effectively and efficiently in the field.
  • Manage resources and prioritize tasks to deliver value for money and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and organizational changes and adapt to new requirements.
  • Analyze data and use IT systems to inform decision-making and improve customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to plan and work effectively without high levels of supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a climate of legislative and organizational change.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations and deliver sustainable outcomes.
