Niyaa People Ltd is a leading Housing Association seeking an experienced Property Surveyor to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a Property Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in advising on reinvestment programmes and providing specialist input on surveying matters.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Disrepairs, Awareness Notices, Stock Condition surveys, and other property inspections. You will also help identify required asset improvements in line with business plans and develop strategies to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake Disrepairs, Awareness Notices, Stock Condition surveys, and other property inspections.
  • Help identify required asset improvements in line with business plans.
  • Manage cyclical and capital work projects in accordance with legislation.
  • Oversee the delivery of mixed tenure work programmes in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Degree in Surveying or equivalent qualifications (AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB). Proven experience in working with others to deliver property-related works is essential. Additionally, you should have experience working within a building, surveying, and maintenance environment, as well as proficiency in Microsoft packages.
