About the Role

We are looking for an experienced surveyor to advise on reinvestment programmes, stock surveys, and provide specialist input on surveying matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking property inspections, managing cyclical and capital work projects, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Disrepairs, Awareness Notices, Stock Condition surveys, and other property inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance.
  • Identify required asset improvements in line with business plans and develop strategies to deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage cyclical and capital work projects in accordance with legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Oversee the delivery of mixed tenure work programmes in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage documentation for work specifications and quotations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess relevant qualifications, such as AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB, or a Degree in Surveying. Practical experience and a willingness to undertake further qualifications are also desirable.
