Estimated Salary Range: $25-35 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including account receivables and payables, invoicing, and office administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Task Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including weekly and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Invoicing and Payments: Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure prompt payment and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, manual inputting, filing, and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Work Ethic: A professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
