Job Title: Real Estate Team Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Real Estate Team Coordinator to support our agents in KW Realty Centres Aurora/Newmarket. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and maintain accurate records.

About the Role
  • Prepare property feature sheets, write property descriptions, and create MLS listings
  • Manage listing statuses, coordinate activities with virtual assistants, and track progress
  • Stay in constant communication with transaction stakeholders, manage documents, and file paperwork

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, taking into account industry standards and local market conditions.
