HR Job in Coventry
A 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working (3 days in the office) is available for this exciting HR Coordinator position.
About the Role:This dynamic HR role offers an opportunity to support our busy HR team across various HR processes. Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new employees, optimizing and systemizing HR processes, and collaborating with the HR business partnering team.
The Team:You will be part of a small, tight-knit team of HR Business Partners who work together to build and deliver an excellent employee experience in line with company values.
Your Skills:- Previous experience in a HR-related environment using HR/Payroll systems
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Understanding of regulatory environments such as GDPR and employment law
- Confidence to suggest new ideas and challenge existing processes
- Proficient IT skills using Microsoft Office packages
- Effective team working and diversity appreciation
