Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Italicatessen UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities within the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive business strategies to penetrate new markets and expand market share within existing territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including food service providers, restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align business strategies and drive growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the food service industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
