Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Executive to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in meeting monthly and annual targets by sourcing, maintaining, developing, and exploiting business opportunities in the Education sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell our client's approved Janet txt solutions to educational institutions, ensuring that our products and services meet their needs and exceed their expectations. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the Education sector to explain, promote, and sell our client's services
- Achieve Company and personal sales targets and objectives
- Actively identify and target key decision makers
- Generate new business leads through proactive cold calling
- Upsell to existing customers
- Research and build industry knowledge to ensure best positioning of our client's services
What You Will Need:
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Experience of working with the educational sector
- Telesales experience
- Tenacious approach with a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated with drive and ability to plan and organise your day
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate data inputting and proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM (Salesforce preferable)
