Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee our food service strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans to penetrate new markets and expand our footprint within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies to penetrate new markets and expand market share within existing territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including food service providers, restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business strategies and drive growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the food service industry.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and develop actionable insights.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
