Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Education sector, selling our client's approved Janet txt, or as otherwise agreed, to maintain and develop sales of the company's products and services, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the Education sector to explain, promote and sell the company's services
- Actively identify and target key decision makers
- Generate new business leads through proactive cold calling
- Upsell to existing customers
- Research and build industry knowledge to ensure best positioning of the company's services
- Attend relevant events or meetings, as appropriate, to support the sales process
Requirements:
- Confident and friendly tele manner. Speaks clearly, fluently and in a compelling manner to both individuals and groups.
- Experience of working with the educational sector would be desirable.
- Telesales experience.
- Tenacious approach with a can do attitude.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate data inputting and proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM (Salesforce preferable)
