Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Temporary HR and Payroll Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for extracting and preparing the payroll file on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UK legislation. You will also maintain payroll records, update HRIS and time and attendance systems, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of SAP Success Factors and/or Chronicle Time & Attendance system. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
