Community Support Worker

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed
- Accompany individuals to appointments or outings as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care, childcare, hospice care, or patient care is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic medical procedures is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in working hours and availability
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 48 per week
