**About us**

Minoa Education is a small family of nurseries, brought together by a common purpose to provide exceptional early years education to every child. The Minoa family currently consists of 7 nurseries in Shropshire, Wiltshire and London.

We're thrilled to say that our team is growing, and we're now on the lookout for a fantastic administrative assistant to join our central office team based at Little Green House Nursery in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

MAIN DUTIES
- Provide administrative support to the Central Office, in areas including human resources, accounting, invoicing, funding and numerous other operational processes.
- Assist in implementing efficient and consistent systems and processes across the different nursery settings.
- Play a central role in the payroll process, by collating information from nursery managers, inputting data into the payroll software and carrying out monthly checks (on-the-job training will be provided).

CRITERIA
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines.
- Close attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Experience of using Xero software (preferred, but not required as on-the-job training will also be provided).

REPORTING
- Reports to the Head of Central Office, as well as the Nursery Directors
- Enhanced DBS background check & 2 references required before employment commences

SALARY
- Starting from £11.44 per hour, with opportunities for progression as experience increases.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
