Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative support specialist to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work on a maternity cover basis, covering the duties of an existing member of staff.
The role will involve providing high-level administrative support to the team, including answering calls, screening emails, and maintaining online filing systems.

About the Role
* Salary: £16,656 per annum (equivalent to £11.44 p/h) + benefits
* Hours: 28 hours per week (ideally 4 days a week, 9am-4.30pm)
* Location: Bridgnorth
As an administrative support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering a small to medium volume of calls through the company switchboard
- Screening calls for management team to ensure only relevant calls are passed through
- Reviewing emails and supporting with queries
- Sending out correspondence to clients and recording information
- Maintaining and assisting with online filing systems
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors of all levels of seniority
- Inventory control, including monthly stock counts
