**Interested in joining our team here at Bridgnorth Town Council? We are looking for a Property & Office Administrator on a full time basis to work alongside the Property & Assets Manager as well as other supporting staff.**
**Property & Office Administrator**
College House, St Leonards Close, Bridgnorth
37 hours per week, may include some weekends and evenings
Local Government Pay Award Scheme Up to NJC SCP 5 (£23,500)
**What will you be doing?**
- Provide Administration Support to the Property Manager and Senior Property
- Maintenance Operative which will include dealing with Property Enquiries and assist in Property Projects
- Carry out good quality customer service at Reception and assist members of the public with their queries through effective signposting.
- Administer the bookings for the hire of community buildings and use an electronic booking system.
- Work with and support the Property Manager to deliver a number of projects for the improvement of the Town Councils assets and property portfolio.
- Update the Town Councils website and social media as requested.
- Attend and assist at Town Council events, when required.
- Deputise for other members of staff to ensure an effective delivery of services (this may include occasional weekend and evening working)
**What will you need?**
- 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (to include Maths and English)
- Experience of working in an administrative environment
- Effective communicator
- Computer literate and experience with social media
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Flexibility
