Employee Services Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Employee Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary position until the end of March/April 2025, initially, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Key Tasks:
- Support the business' HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development functions.
- Extract and prepare the payroll file on a monthly basis for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records, including details related to Benefit in Kind.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and HR principles.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
£14.85 per hour, Monday-Friday – 9am-5pm (flexi-time available), flexible working arrangements
