Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and manage services for adults with learning disabilities in South Shropshire. As a Service Manager, you will oversee the daily management of services, ensuring high-quality support that promotes independence.

About the Role
  • Manage and coordinate teams to provide excellent support and care to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Encourage participation in creative community and leisure activities to promote engagement and well-being.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals in shared living environments and small care settings. You will work with established services to help our supported individuals reach their full potential.

Requirements
  • Level 3/4 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5.
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and the care sector.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with:
