Aftersales Support Manager

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Support Manager to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have experience working in an aftersales role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. If you are a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
Location:** Situated in the heart of the West Midlands, this role offers a great work-life balance and easy commutability from surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality aftersales support
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Providing training and support to colleagues
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in aftersales roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced Excel skills
