We are seeking a talented Business Development Director to join our Lifelancer team. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for positioning PPD as a primary or preferred provider for all Medical Communications and Medical Information Call Center work. This will involve serving as the primary contact until work is sold, then coordinating with the relevant clinical development area(s) to ensure a successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a scientific, sales, and/or marketing background with concentration in pharmaceutical/biotech area, and a proven track record of developing business relationships with clients. You will also need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an extensive benefits package based on the health and well-being of our employees.
