Learning Disability Residential Lead

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Learning Disability Residential Home in Salisbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
About the Role:- Leadership & Management: Provide effective leadership and management of the care home, ensuring the team is well-supported and motivated.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care delivery.
- Care Planning: Oversee and ensure personalised care plans are developed and implemented in line with each resident's needs.
- Staff Management: Lead, manage, and develop the care staff team, including recruitment, supervision, and performance management.
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage the home's budget, ensuring cost-effective care while maintaining the quality of service.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the home adheres to health and safety guidelines and fosters a safe environment for both residents and staff.
- Must have been a Registered Manager in a care setting previously, preferably within a learning disability residential home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and demonstrated ability to ensure compliance.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight within a care setting.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.
- A full-time, permanent role with 40 hours per week.
