About the Role:

MTrec Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer invoices and quotations
  • Prepare and edit orders for processing
  • Provide cover within the planning department, including booking installation work into engineer diaries
  • Liaise with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all relevant paperwork
  • Manage stock and stock transfers at the warehouses, including updating stock on the Opera system

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of business and excellent organizational skills
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accurate data input skills

Working Hours:

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 4:45pm.
