Customer Service Representative

**Introduction**:
Join Tidal Services, a start-up in the UK specialising in connecting customers with accredited window cleaners. We are at the forefront of offering dedicated, high-quality window cleaning services tailored to both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, adept at administrative tasks, and skilled in sales. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide seamless, transparent, and efficient service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and patience.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel services as requested by customers.
- Provide customers with detailed information about our services, pricing, and the accreditation of our cleaners.
**Sales Support**:
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest additional services.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain and update customer and service records.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and tracking service completion.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Speak with window cleaners and update schedules
**Feedback and Improvement**:
- Collect customer feedback and communicate this feedback to relevant departments.
- Suggest improvements in processes and services based on customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
