About Us:
Northern Marine is a reputable organization seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department.
Job Description:
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Process documentation, including trainee databases, personnel files, and client contracts.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001 and Data Protection Act 1998.
Requirements:
- Sound education at Standard Grade level or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
