We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in an alternative provision setting in Liverpool. This is a full-time position with the potential for a permanent role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a young person.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster a Nurturing Environment: Create a safe and supportive space for the student to learn and grow.
  2. Provide Emotional and Educational Support: Help the student re-engage with their education by providing emotional and educational support tailored to their needs.
  3. Collaborate with the Wider Team: Work closely with the team to ensure a consistent and supportive approach, contributing to a positive and nurturing learning experience.
  4. Encourage Personal and Academic Growth: Motivate the student to achieve their personal and academic goals, recognizing and celebrating their successes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
