Support and Enrichment Mentor

At Lydiate Learning Trust, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support and Enrichment Mentor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs and developing their reading ability.
The successful candidate will be passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create personalized plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be patient, and have a strong understanding of children's learning needs. Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.

**Salary:** £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
