Inclusive Learning Assistant

An Education and Welfare Specialist is required to work with students who require additional support in an alternative provision secondary school in Fazakerley. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe and engaging learning atmosphere where every student is valued and empowered.
The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students, ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment, and monitoring student progress.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar role is preferred.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and improving their educational outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and adaptable in challenging situations.
