Global Contact Center Operations Lead

TikTok's Service and Moderation Team (SMT) deliver Customer Service to Buyers and Selling Partner Support to Sellers and Creators. As part of this team, we're looking for a Partner Operation Manager to manage our BPO service delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve BPO performance and meet all performance-related metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide regular performance updates to the BPO team and stakeholders.
- Support the Partner Operation Manager on issue resolution and troubleshooting.
We're seeking a seasoned professional with experience in managing global contact centers and BPO operations. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive influence throughout the organization are also required.
