About the Role
At Partou, a leading childcare provider in the UK, we are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Administrator to support our Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the growth of our company.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the L&D department. As an L&D Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all staff receive the training and development opportunities they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training Administration
- Supporting new apprentices through onboarding, managing apprenticeship records, coordinating with training providers, and providing regular data updates to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to training administration, your key responsibilities will include:
- LMS Management
- Collaborating with Flick to upload and manage learning content, ensuring the latest version is distributed, and updating audiences and cohorts. Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS/LMS.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Administrative Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Effective communication skills with contacts at all levels.
- Organizational Skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
