Join Our Team: L&D Administrator for a Rewarding Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning & Development Administrator to join our team at Partou, a leading childcare provider in the Netherlands.

As an L&D Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) department by providing administrative services that enable staff to receive the training and development opportunities they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new apprentices through onboarding, manage their records, coordinate with training providers, and provide regular data updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Flick to upload and manage learning content, ensure the latest version is distributed, and update audiences and cohorts.
  • Maintain the L&D team's shared drive with up-to-date resources, adopt consistent naming conventions, and manage training resources across Partou.
  • Use data from each setting to maintain a current record of qualifications and training, and provide regular training needs reports.
  • Gather and report on booking, attendance, and training completion data, and support the evaluation process by managing feedback.
  • Distribute and track mandatory compliance training, and report on completion.
  • Organize training for settings, collaborate on monthly training calendars, manage bookings and materials, issue training certificates, and assist with events and invoicing.
