- Maintain the L&D team’s shared drive with up-to-date resources, adopt consistent naming conventions, and manage training resources across Partou.
- Use data from each setting to maintain a current record of qualifications and training, and provide regular training needs reports.

- Distribute and track mandatory compliance training, and report on completion.
- Organise training for settings, collaborate on monthly training calendars, manage bookings and materials, issue training certificates, and assist with events and invoicing.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means ensuring all training records are up-to-date, that apprentices and staff receive timely support, and that learning content is accurately managed and distributed across systems. You will efficiently handle the administrative needs of the L&D department, from organizing training sessions and ensuring compliance tracking to managing resource accessibility. Through your organisational skills and proactive approach, you will create a seamless experience for the team and provide the data and insights needed to continuously enhance our training programs.
