We are looking for a diligent Quality Administrator to join our team, dedicated to supporting our innovative dysphagia treatment product, Phagenyx. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our electronic QMS, Green Light Guru, to maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to quality processes in a dynamic setting, advancing our groundbreaking treatment for dysphagia. Function:

To provide administrative support mainly to Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and Research & Development departments across Quality Management processes. The position also involves working in or supporting of other areas of the business on an as needs basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Administration of GreenLight Guru (GLG) eQMS system and liaison with GLG.
  • Induction and training of employees in use of GreenLight Guru (GLG).
  • Check, organise and update Quality Management documentation, including upload of records, following company Standard Operating Procedure's.
  • Administration of the equipment calibration and maintenance logs.
  • Draft or update SOP’s and WI’s on an as needs basis, including biennial reviews.
  • Reporting of metrics to QARA department/management.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to resolve process and documentation deficiencies.
  • Participation in QMS meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Support during internal and external QMS audits where required.
  • Administration of the employee training matrix.


Essential Experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A quick learner and self-motivated worker
  • Good teamworking capabilities
  • IT literate and capable (Excel, Word and database tools)
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a science or engineering discipline
