Bidwells is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to join our Investment & Property Management (IPM) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional facilities and property management services to our clients.

About the Job:

This role involves overseeing the management of multiple properties, including commercial buildings and multi-let sites. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols, risk management, and financial management principles.

You will work closely with our Property Manager and Senior Facilities Manager to achieve client objectives and drive business success. In this role, you will be required to prepare and reconcile service charge budgets, supervise contractors, and conduct regular property inspections. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating property management databases and records.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities or property management within a multi-site/high-profile environment.
  • Proficiency in service charge budgeting and accounting.
  • Proven track record of managing contractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance and risk management.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications and property management software.
What We Offer:
