About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head Teacher PA to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Head Teacher within a not-for-profit organisation in Barnsley.

Our client is a prominent Education organisation, with a commitment to providing high-quality education. Being a part of a network of over 30 academies, it prides itself on delivering exceptional learning experiences to students.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head Teacher
* Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
* Prepare reports, letters, and other documents
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Maintain effective communication with staff, students, and parents
* Assist in the planning and organisation of school events
* Manage office supplies and equipment
* Perform any other duties as required by the Head Teacher

Requirements

* A strong background in administrative or secretarial support roles
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* A keen attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* The ability to maintain confidentiality
