We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. in Barnsley. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide vital support to various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including signage, training, and equipment maintenance.
- HR: Provide administrative support for employee database management, confidential document scanning, and internal communications.
- Commercial: Assist in producing trend analysis reports, market research, and sales reports, as well as supporting the Senior Management Team with daily administrative tasks.
- Customer Service: Input pricing information, confirm orders, and handle customer queries.
- Purchasing: Manage order entry, monitor site consumables, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Production Planning: Provide administrative support for planning systems and assist with stock takes.
- Finance: Offer general finance team administrative support, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Reception/Visitors: Welcome visitors, set up and clear meeting rooms, order external catering, and coordinate meeting room layout and AV equipment.
- A good general standard of education, with the ability to produce accurate and presentable documents.
- Experience delivering administrative support.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels and raise issues/identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong IT skills across MS Office packages.
- A customer-focused attitude, ensuring work done to support all departments has the ultimate aim of customer satisfaction.
