Job Title: Administration Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Administration Officer, providing a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to our clinical and support services.



About the Role

As an Administration Officer, you will provide a high level of administrative support to our teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining accurate records.




  • Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to our clinical and support services
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of services and maintain accurate records
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evening and weekend working
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, service users, and the public
  • Use effective verbal and written communication skills to obtain information and pass on comprehensive and confidential messages


About Us

We are a specialist NHS Foundation Trust that provides community, mental health, and learning disability services for the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees, and Wakefield. We also provide low and medium secure services and are the lead for the west Yorkshire secure provider collaborative.
