HSEQ Administrator

Our HSEQ team plays a critical role in ensuring that the company's operations are conducted safely, sustainably, and to high standards of quality, promoting a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility throughout the company.
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated HSEQ administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a major contributor to the ongoing success, compliance, and safe operations of TSG UK as we grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to uphold the IMS (Integrated Management System)
- Upload and maintain documents relevant to the IMS and the HSEQ internal software
- Create a document management system for the collation and storage of tender documents
- Collate and store information for external auditing and ensure compliant documents are kept up to date
- Standardize internal quality documents by aligning templates, spreadsheets, and registers
- Take ownership of PQQ (Pre-qualification Questionnaires) and onboarding
- Obtain HSEQ department relevant quotations, create purchase orders, and send to suppliers
- Track current and upcoming audit schedules and site visits, ensuring reviews are conducted on time
- Assist in vetting of subcontractors from an HSEQ perspective
- Create new starters' profiles, allocate e-learning, and assist new starters with their e-learning requirements
- Evaluate company training needs, manage training bookings, certificate uploads, and maintain a training matrix
- Administrate weekly insights meetings and attend meetings where HSEQ representation is required
- Support the HSEQ department with day-to-day administration tasks
About You:
You could be an experienced administrator from a construction, engineering, or electrical background or even a postgraduate looking for a fresh opportunity where you are encouraged to apply your digital and organizational skills in a new environment, progressing as you develop within the role.
The following qualifications and competencies will be key factors of your ability to succeed in this role:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
- An ability to turn data into a deliverable format and communicate through presentations
- A foundational knowledge of creating e-learning courses using Rise 360 and SCORM standards
- An understanding of electronic document management systems
- A confident communicator, happy to engage with multiple stakeholders and departments across the business
- Familiar with ISO Standards is a plus
- A general knowledge of construction, engineering, or electrical installations is a big plus
- Ultimately, you enjoy variety, are highly organized with a flexible approach, and a natural flair for creativity
