We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Albion Valves (UK) Ltd.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Purchasing Team, assisting with data entry, spreadsheet population, and gathering information from databases and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and maintenance
  • Preparing and updating spreadsheets
  • Collaborating with suppliers and databases
  • Online purchasing and expediting
  • Stock control and management

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Experience with IT and computer equipment, particularly in stock control and maintenance
