Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stores & Dispatch Assistant at Venatu Consulting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supply Chain Team in the day-to-day operations of the Stores & Dispatch departments.

• Receive and process goods, including quantity and quality checks, and store them away.

• Support the Despatch team with carrier shipment, administration activities, and loading of vehicles.

• Accurately complete and control all associated paperwork.

• Enter data into Sage 200 and raise purchase orders.

• Process documentation for invoicing, including matching invoices to purchase orders and updating Sage.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment and operational area.

• A valid FLT Licence would be advantageous.

• Proficient administration and data entry skills, in MS Office and business systems.

• Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, and under pressure.

• Excellent attention to detail and accurate processing.

• Previous experience of carrier administration portals and Sage 200 would be advantageous.
