Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Job Summary:
NRG is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the marketing delivery team and working closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing delivery team and provide direction, leadership, and support to ensure the creation of high-quality content.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Director to ensure all efforts are aligned and effective.
- Manage the marketing delivery team, including executing and commissioning others to deliver marketing aspects of plans to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to create content that demonstrates expertise in specific areas and re-purposes content for sector-specific audiences.
- Commission and coordinate campaigns, conduct competitor reviews, and oversee the effectiveness of content to identify opportunities for growth or product creation.
- Manage the website as an evolving and information-rich resource for clients and prospects, ensuring it prompts interactions with our teams and captures leads.
- Support the Social Media and Content Manager to ensure LinkedIn is a key profile-raising and relationship-building tool for the firm and fee earners.
- Challenging the Data Quality team to produce quality data that drives decision-making and being part of the team looking to procure and implement a new CRM system, including a culture change program.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, video, podcasts, and emerging marketing trends.
- Project management skills.
- Writing and production of marcomms materials.
- Some events management, social media management, SEO, SEM experience preferred.
