Job Summary:

NRG is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the marketing delivery team and working closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing delivery team and provide direction, leadership, and support to ensure the creation of high-quality content.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Director to ensure all efforts are aligned and effective.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the tender team and data quality team to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
  • Commission and coordinate campaigns to promote the firm's services and products.
  • Conduct competitor reviews and identify opportunities for growth or potential creation of new products.
  • Ensure the website is an evolving and information-rich resource for clients and prospects.
  • Support the work of the Social Media and Content Manager to ensure LinkedIn is a key profile-raising and relationship-building tool for the firm.
  • Challenging the Data Quality team to produce quality data that drives decision-making.
  • Participate in the procurement and implementation of a new CRM system, including a culture change program.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, video, podcasts, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Project management skills.
  • Writing and production of marketing materials.
  • Some experience in events management, social media management, SEO, SEM preferred.
