- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MBA is advantageous;
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, focusing on brand management, strategic planning, and team leadership
- Demonstrated success in devising and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and boost revenue.
- Profound comprehension of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance metrics;
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams toward excellence.
- Proficiency in data analysis, enabling the interpretation of data, extraction of insights, and formulation of data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation aptitude, adept at conveying complex concepts and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
