About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile accounts and leading internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in account management and team leadership. You will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management and team leadership
